Turgay's system occupies one of the best corners of his (6 x 5 m) living room. This fact automatically makes you think about WAF. As his wife Demet was around during my visit, I had the chance to get her opinion directly (in most cases it is my audiophile friend who speaks for his wife which sometimes makes you think: "isn't this too good to be true" :-). She told me that she envies her husband for having a hobby and that's why she gives all her support and tries not to interfere. Later on, after she left, Turgay confessed me (big mistake!) that as long as she is not aware of the amount of money he spends there is no problem. Turgay is using a lot of accessories and tweaks, together with some electronics that I came across for the first time in Istanbul. Here I'm speaking about the famous French electronics YBA (YBA stands for the designer and owner Yves Bernard Andre). Turgay is a member of Istanbul Hi-Fi Club and listens to jazz (80%) and classical (20%) music. The CD's he is using for equipment evaluation purposes are the followings:

your system's sound?"
