I am a music lover since the last 16 years. I'm from Fuzhou city of P.R. China. I have always enjoyed music, and listening to my favorites using a good system definitely increases my level of enjoyment. The systems below are my new 'systems'. My previous (and first) system consisted of a Denon S10 CD Player, Jeff Rowland Concentra integrated amplifier and a pair of Linn AV5140 and Rogers LS 3/5A . This system lasted me over 6 years... but it's time to move on. I wanted a fuller sound. One that has more than just refined details but with dimensions. The decision to move from warm-sounding tube to solid state was a tough decision, and not one without regrets. But overall, I am enjoying the current system very much. But I see this as a new 'beginning'. There's a lot more room for improvement. Hi-Fi is really a 'black hole' hobby... you just get sucked in. No escape! I listen to: 60% Classical (composers like Bach, Mahler, Bruckner, Chopin, Mozart, etc.), 30% Jazz, 10% Pop music and some Chinese classical music. Main System's Components

Joy's comments about his System: AA: "Joy, how would you describe your system's sound?" JZ: "Natural, detailed, with good sound stage." AA: "Do you think there is room for improvement?" JZ: "Yes, there's lots of room for improvement" AA: "Have you got plans for upgrading?" JZ: "I am willing to buy a Clearaudio turntable and Evolution w/tq-1linear arm." |
